Education
PROJECT OVERVIEW

A SaaS platform designed for web and mobile, aimed at transforming how extracurricular education is accessed and delivered. The platform enables schools, teachers, parents, and students to seamlessly connect through tailored user experiences, making class creation, enrollment, and participation simple and efficient. Our studio led the end-to-end UX/UI design, building a scalable multi-role system that supports discovery, communication, and learning progress in one unified ecosystem.

Client: EasyLearn

Product: Web & Mobile

Scope of Work: UX Research, UX/UI Design, Prototyping, Product Strategy, SaaS Architecture, Multi-User System Design

THE CHALLENGE

1. Create a multi-user platform with tailored experiences for different roles;

2. Make it easy for parents and children to find, book, and manage educational activities;

3. Support schools and independent teachers in marketing, managing, and delivering classes efficiently;

4. Ensure security, privacy, and ease of use across very different age groups (adults and minors);

5. Design an administration system (manager/super manager) to control platform operations smoothly.

RESEARCH & INSIGHTS
Methodologies:

1. Interviews with parents, teachers, and school administrators;

2. Surveys to understand booking habits for extracurricular activities;

3. Competitor analysis (edtech and marketplace platforms);

4. Persona development and user journey mapping;

Key insights:

1. Parents prioritize trust, variety, and convenience;

2. Teachers and schools value easy course creation, promotion tools, and student communication;

3. Children need a simple interface for attending classes;

4. Admins require intuitive controls to manage users and content.

RESULTS & IMPACT

1. +52% faster enrolment compared to manual sign-ups;

2. 3x increase in parent retention after first booking;

3. 60% of teachers reported easier course management;

4. 100% compliance with child safety and privacy regulations;

5. 80% positive feedback from pilot families and schools.

WHAT WE LEARNED

1. A clear separation of user roles is critical to prevent confusion;

2. Guided flows and tooltips greatly reduce onboarding time for both teachers and parents;

3. Gamification (badges, progress tracking) increases children's engagement;

4. Admin panels must be as user-friendly as end-user interfaces to scale sustainably.
